About
My work was born through grief, transition, and a deep longing for connection. Through experiences with loss and life's many changes, I began to understand how deeply people are craving spaces where they can be fully seen, supported, and human. I now offer grounding spaces rooted in presence, embodiment, compassion, community care, and the belief that healing is not only an individual journey, but a collective one.
My foundation in this work is both lived and academic. I hold a Master's degree in Equity, Education, and Social Justice, which shapes my understanding that grief, care, and healing do not exist in isolation. Our experiences of loss are influenced by the social, cultural, and historical forces that shape our lives, relationships, and communities. This perspective informs my commitment to creating spaces that honor the full complexity of our experiences while fostering connection, belonging, and collective care. I am also currently completing my death doula certification through Going with Grace, deepening my capacity to accompany people through one of life's most sacred thresholds.
As a death doula, yoga guide, and facilitator, my intention is not to fix, pathologize, or rush healing, but to gently support people through grief, transformation, and reconnection with themselves and others. My work weaves together emotional support, spirituality, movement, ritual, education, and honest conversation. I approach this work through a lens of social justice, recognizing that personal healing and collective liberation are deeply interconnected. Whether through yoga, grief support, community circles, workshops, or end-of-life care, I strive to cultivate spaces where people can witness one another, build meaningful connection, and move through life's transitions with greater care and intention.
I believe that healing happens in relationship with ourselves, with one another, and with the communities we create together.
You do not have to navigate life's transitions alone.
