About
My work was born through grief, transition, and a deep longing for connection. Through experiences with loss and life's many changes, I began to understand how much people are craving spaces where they can be fully seen, supported, and human. I now offer grounding spaces rooted in presence, embodiment, compassion, and community care.
My foundation in this work is both lived and academic. I hold a Master's degree in Equity, Education, and Social Justice, which grounds my understanding that grief and care are inseparable from the systems and histories that shape how we are taught to feel, to need, and to be with one another. I am also currently completing my death doula certification through Going with Grace, deepening my capacity to accompany people through one of life's most sacred thresholds.
As a death doula, yoga guide, and facilitator, my intention is not to fix or rush healing, but to gently support people through grief, transformation, and reconnection with themselves. My work weaves together emotional support, spirituality, movement, ritual, and honest conversation. Whether through yoga, grief support, circles, or end of life care, I approach this work with softness, intention, and deep care.
You do not have to navigate life's transitions alone.
